Going on the Journey

Although the journey is different for each person, therapy has a beginning, middle, and end.

I think it is important for an individual pursuing their personal work of emotional exploration to

know at the outset that there is not a prescribed treatment plan that fits everyone.

Depending on

the concerns, as well as the goals being sought out, the length and nature of the healing process is

as unique as the individual’s needs. There are times when an individual is

not in a place to

articulate where they want to go, or even where they are, at least in the beginning.

My work with

clients seeks to honor the unknown, while also endearing the utmost respect and trust in the

client’s inherent strengths, regardless of where the person may find themselves.
